Do I need to create an account to shop online with Ethical Dreamtime?

No, customers are able to checkout as a guest.
Setting up an account allows you to order without having to fill in your details each time you shop with us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are processed through PayPal.
Choose from MasterCard, Visa, Amex or your PayPal Account.

We also accept payment via direct deposit.

Are my credit card details stored for next time?

No, we do not store your credit card details or any other payment information.

How do I order in commercial quantities?

Commercial quantities can be ordered by contacting us directly for a quote.

I would like to personalise a Parinda casket, how do I arrange this?

Please contact us with details how you would like the Parinda personalised. Providing as much detail as possible, including resources such as links, font name or images, will ensure your finished product is exactly what you wanted.

We will send you a quote based on the details you provide.

If you have already completed the purchase of the item you wish to personalise please include your order reference number.

You are also welcome to contact us by telephone or make arrangements to visit our office in Braeside.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, please contact us via email with details of what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered. We will respond with a quote.

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

Shipping and delivery cost varies depending on what you have ordered and your delivery address. Cost is affected by the size and weight of your order.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Delivery time varies depending on what you have ordered and your delivery address.

Orders of stock items are normally dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Where items are ordered in commercial quantities we aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 2-4 weeks.

Personalised items may take up to seven days.

Can I have my items delivered to my workplace?

Yes, we can deliver items to your workplace. Please include your company name, mobile phone number and all address details such as unit number, or floor where delivery is to an office building.

We do not take any responsibility for items that cannot be successfully delivered due to inaccessibility or work place policy that prevents deliveries.

Can I have my items delivered to a PO Box?

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Many of our items are simply too large.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellation of your order or return of items if you have changed your mind.

Please choose carefully and provide all information required, especially when having items personalised.
